If you would like a free postal kit for Chlamydia, Gonorrhoea, HIV and Syphilis testing and live in Bassetlaw or Nottinghamshire and are aged over 16 you can order here SH.UK
Please note this is a new online testing service and you will be required to register and then complete an online consultation to determine the most appropriate postal test kit for your requirements.
